It suits a software company that has outgrown the kitchen table but isn't ready to sign a five-year lease. Private offices hold teams of 1 to 15. Team Studios are branded and configured for you, for teams of 15 to 50 and up. Everything is all-inclusive and month to month — no buildout, no capex, one monthly cost. Teams at Spotify, Autodesk, Chargebee and Bain work out of Kiln rooms. Kiln is expanding in Dallas–Fort Worth: Preston Hollow and Plano are open now. And a membership at either one works at every other Kiln, across ten states — useful if your team is scattered or you travel to your customers.
